Shipping Info

We ship via UPS from East Texas. UPS ground takes one day to most of Texas, 2 days to surrounding states, 3 days to most east and west coast states, and 4-5 days to remote locations. You can see the UPS shipping times map on the FAQs page "How long does it take to get my order?" 

Most in-stock items ship the same day they are ordered, if we have the order before 1:00pm CST. Special wording using our standard fonts take a day or two in the factory. Custom orders take 5-7 days, or longer during busy times of the year. We can ship Next Day Air, but NDA is expensive due to the large size of most stencils. Please plan ahead, we will try to help with rush orders, but keep in mind the additional expense of rush shipping.
